Love Letters: I Miss that Moment

You know what? I miss that moment!

That moment when we're just walking at snail's pace.

That moment when I wish for the road to go ahead of us.

That moment when I hope I can be with you a little longer.

We may not be together for another long night.

But my heart and my soul, I leave them to you.

Use them to hug you and kiss you and remind you of my corny jokes.

And let them greet you "good morning" from a pig's slumber.

I miss that moment, I really do.

Allowing the time drift into the oblivion.

Enjoying the naivety of the people around.

And how the world become so small both of us can only fit in.

I wish the stairs were escalator, going opposite to our direction.

I wish the roads were travelator, moving us further backward.

I wish the crosswalk leads to the edge of the universe, so we could walk forever together.

Crazy, isn't it? But, I sincerely miss that moment.

Last night, baby baboy and I walked our way home except that we don't live under the same roof.
