Windows Phone Recovery Tool Error

Para pabor sa katawhan mag ininglis ko ron sa kani nga sulat, asang tissue paper? (in favor of humanity I’ll use English on this post, where’s the tissue paper?)
A couple days back when I read the news about the new improved build release of Windows Phone 10 Developer’s Preview which rumor says it runs well on some Lumia phones, I considered my phone as one of the “some” because I’ve been all excited on the day it was announced and it isn’t actually my first time to install a preview release ‘coz I’ve tried it with Lumia Denim DP before and it works perfectly fine on my phone which I also expect when I installed the DP of WP10, unfortunately it’s not.

It looks like this one. YES! YES!

Right then I want to downgrade my phone back to the previously installed OS and the only way I can do that is to download the *trumpets blow* WINDOWS PHONE RECOVERY TOOL!!!! Feeling confident that I’ll just sit down and let the clicking do the stuff when suddenly horrible things happened. I encountered an error and I’ve been facing it for like 2 days trying to find a solution, unfortunately I tried a lot of it but it just doesn’t work.
It looks like this one. YES! YES!

So here are the methods I’ve tried that doesn’t work, perhaps on my case. But if ever you encountered the same instructions maybe you can give it try.
1. One of the forum contributors instructed to edit some files on the REGISTRY, tried it but failed.
2. One of the forum contributors instructed to type some commands on MS-DOS, tried it but failed.
3. One of the forum contributors instructed to download some executable files, tried it but failed.
4. One of the forum contributors instructed to disable a service (the #7 thing) on the START UP, tried it but failed.
4. One of the forum contributors instructed to download the Nokia Suite, tried it but failed.
5. One of the forum contributors instructed to uninstall the USB driver of Lumia on device manager, tried it but failed.
6. One of the forum contributors instructed to download the NOKIA PHONE RECOVERY TOOL for older phones as if on Nokia days instead of the WINDOWS PRT, I also found the LUMIA PRT, tried them all but failed.
7. Lastly, SOFT and or HARD RESET, they both don’t work.
The above list I’m not very sure if it’s just me that’s why they don’t work because of the alterations I’ve done on the system but whenever I disable or enable something I always keep them back to their previous state making sure I didn’t screwed it up.
However, there’s this one of the forum contributors instructed to install a Windows 10 Technical Preview on your PC then install the WPRT which should probably work, in which it actually does! Yes, right now while I’m typing this blog my phone is on the process under WPRT *cheers*. Here’s my quick instruction on how to do it, but before you proceed make sure your phone has enough battery because on the process you will have to connect it to your PC and the electric flow might not be enough, so yes, charge it.
1. Download the ISO file of Windows 10 Technical Preview.
2. Burn the downloaded ISO file to a CD/DVD or you can make a bootable USB Flash Drive with the ISO file in it (I recommend Rufus).
3. Insert the CD/DVD or the USB Flash Drive.
4. Restart your PC then enter the BIOS setup by pressing F2 (in my PC it’s F2, see instructions on how to enter BIOS setup in your PC) then find the option which will modify the boot priority of your PC since every PC has different BIOS setup I think.
5. Set the CD/DVD drive to the first priority boot in case you burned the ISO file on a CD/DVD, else set the USB drive to the first priority in case you burned the ISO file on a USB Flash Drive.
6. Save and Exit then it will automatically restart the PC.
7. On resume a message will prompt you saying press any key to continue, obviously we want to continue so press anything.
8 Follow the instructions bla bla bla.
9. Install the WINDOWS PHONE RECOVERY TOOL.
10. Connect your phone through your USB cable to your PC.
11. Then follow the rest of instructions which I believe very understandable.

This is what you get after successfully restoring your phone to its previous OS.
I hope this blog I wrote will help hundreds or even millions of Lumia Phone users out there who wants to downgrade their phone for regretfully installing the WP10 DP and hoping to figure things out by using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool but just doesn’t work as it promised which brings horror to each and everyone who encountered the same problem. For those who find this blog helpful share it with someone you know who might need it. And for those who tried the methods I relayed but still doesn’t work, don’t lose hope while the internet is up.
Thank you for reading. Sorry my bad English.
